The Tallinn Manual 2.0 is an extension of the first book, which covered Cyber Warfare. Excellent and updated content. Although I don't come from a legal background, but an IT one, I find it very approachable and filled with rich content. I got the paperback edition and covered it in contact paper as I read in public transport.Totally recommend it, as another review said, it's a must.
This is a very worthy update to its predecessor...I now own both and have no plans of getting rid of the original. Honestly having the historical version to look back on is interesting as we learn more about cybersecurity threats and cyberwarfare in general.
