I received the book just the other day and at first thought it was great, very easy to read, but then when I started flipping through it i realized that it's missing some pages. It skips from pg. 448 to 497 all of a sudden, and then later it skips from 512 back to 465. And pg. 449-464 are nowhere to be found. Weird.
Fantastic book!!! A must, but you need to Buy directly from the author at pancepreppearls.comThe books being sold on here are cheap fake copies of very bad quality. I had to return my copy. It even has a spelling error on THE FRONT COVER (Examinatios).It's even cheaper on the actual website
I think I received a fake copy. It says "EXAMINATIOS" instead of EXAMINATIONS and some pages are blurry.But in terms of content, the book is very helpful and concise.
I am currently in my didactic year in PA school. This book is my main study material other than the power points given in class. I suggested this book to everyone in my class, and now a majority of us have it. The reason I gave 4 stars is that it is only in black and white and there is a lot of information put onto a page. Other than that, this is a great accessory for PA school.
I have used both the first edition and second edition PPP throughout my PA school journey and have never been disappointed. The information is presented in an easy flow format with all key information and high yield facts about each disease state. I am SO happy that this edition included an index as it definitely makes it easier to find specific topics. I feel as though this version has more images as well which I have found very useful in my studies. Overall, excellent lay out and content - definitely a must have for surviving PA school and passing the PANCE.
Was intimidated by this book at first bc it has ALOT of information and did not read it at first. Once I started on this it became my best friend studying for 1st panre, and I wish I had started with it. I passed my first panre thanks to this and cme resources course but this helped me feel comfortable during that review course
